What Is
Pow-R-Wall?
Pow-R-Wall is a vertical insulated concrete form system. Expanded polystyrene (EPS) panels are cut to the specified wall height and assembled to create forms for concrete placement.
Reinforcement is installed according to the project design, and concrete is poured between the panels. The foam remains in place as permanent insulation.
The system can be configured for residential foundations, above-grade walls, multi-story residential buildings and light commercial projects, subject to the requirements of each design.

Why Consider Pow-R-Wall?
Integrated Finish Attachment
Built-in PVC furring assemblies provide attachment points for compatible interior and exterior finishes.
Wall Configuration Options
Contour Wall and Flat Wall profiles offer different concrete layouts. The appropriate configuration depends on the project’s structural and thermal requirements.

Vertical Panel Assembly
Panels are prepared to the specified wall height, creating a vertical approach to forming concrete walls.
Permanent Insulation
The EPS forms remain on both sides of the concrete after placement, becoming part of the finished wall assembly.
Pow-R-Wall Frequently Asked Questions
How is Pow-R-Wall different from stacked ICF blocks?
Pow-R-Wall uses panels installed vertically to the specified wall height. Stacked ICF systems are assembled in horizontal courses. Both approaches use permanent insulating forms for concrete construction.
What is the difference between Contour Wall and Flat Wall?
Contour Wall uses shaped panels to create a modified post-and-beam concrete layout. Flat Wall creates a concrete core of uniform thickness. The appropriate profile depends on the project design.
